Juniors’ Menu |
Senior Training is on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 18:30 for about an hour normally. In the winter it is on the streets around Bourne, but in the summer its either in Bourne Woods or on the Track at Bourne Grammar School. Training normally consists of a warm up run followed by an interval/speed session.
